What is an escape room?
An escape room is a real-life interactive adventure game. Players use clues, puzzles, and hints to exit a locked room in a fixed time period.
How can we book?
Please book your game online at our bookings section. Also we can accept bookings over the phone number displayed in the contacts page.
Can we get help?
The best way to escape the room in time is to communicate a lot with your teammates and to be as fast as you can. You can get hints and help from the game masters, who see your every move and send you the appropriate tip through the built-in displays.
Are we really "locked" in a room?
Yes and no. You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your reservation up to 15 minutes before the start of the game. After that there are no refunds or rescheduling.
What time should I arrive?
You should arrive 10-15 minutes before your game. Please allow extra time to account for traffic or any issues. Please do not be late. If you are late, we have to deduct it from your 60 minutes. Please call if there are any issues.
Is it a scary type of game?
No, not at all. In fact its only a puzzles solving, brain squeezing, code braking, fun entertainment.
Can children participate?
Ages under 16 must have one participating paying adult per 1-2 children. Not recommended for children 5 and under.
Can I take photos inside or about the game?
No, unfortunately we don’t let people take photos during the game, because it is unique and we would like to keep it that way. After the game you can take photos inside the room with the supervision of the Game-master.
